We want you to love your Nixie purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as they meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Swimwear and intimate apparel can only be returned if they are unopened and in their original packaging.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Once approved, we will send you a return shipping label.
- Upon receiving the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus return shipping fees.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
